Hi everyone,
We're experiencing a weird issue at one of our customers deployment. They're using a RDS-environment with Microsoft Edge and the 3CX PWA installed from it. As soon as Microsoft Edge needs an update the 3CX PWA software stops working. Users receive an error that pwahelper.exe couldn't be found and thus can't start.
The only way to get it working again is that everyone on that specific server closes Microsoft Edge and one of the employees (or an administrator) updates Microsoft Edge. Afterwards 3CX is working fine again as it should work.
Did anyone had this before?
