Unabled to do conferencing call

Hi

Need help. i was able to call the person A but when i call the person B it always said "call failed,redial". I redialed again the no. but it still the same.

Note: outbound rule is already configured.

So you need to check the logs in 3CX to see why it failed. Just because you have an outbound rule doesn't mean your provider likes the format you are sending. Or maybe you don't have enough call paths. Could be any number of issues which is why you need to check the logs.
