Solved Unattended transfer using the ‘People’ overview 3CX Windows app

I have a question regarding transferring an unattended, incoming call with the native desktop client. Currently I'm able to transfer incoming calls, on-the-fly, using the BLF buttons located in the dialer. This is working just fine, but when adding lots of extensions, I can see this becoming a bit confusing since the dialer can only show around 20 BLF’s at a time.

Is there a way to configure the ‘People’ overview to act the same way as a BLF button in the dialer? By being able to transfer (unattended) an incoming call to another extension with one, or two, clicks.

Hi @eska,

When you are on the People page, and a call is coming in, click the three dots next to extension being called and click the divert button - divert the call to another extension. This is the closest thing I could find to what you're looking for.

Too bad there isn't a drag-and-drop option anymore. I think this was possible in the previous version of the 3CX Windows client. Maybe it will return some day.
