Unblacklist IP Address

Hello, how can I remove a blacklisted IP Address with an hosted 3CX ?
Do i have to pay a 75$ ticket to ask support to remove an IP everytime i have an IP blacklisted ?

Hi,

If you are using a Hosted by 3CX machine, you can login to your management console from a different public IP and remove it yourself.

If you are using 3CX StartUP account, you cannot remove it but it will be automatically removed after a while.
You do not have management console access in StartUP.

You can't. Wait 10-15min and retry.

You do not have access to remove it yourself. As I mentioned earlier, it will be removed automatically.

I know but i can't ask support to unblacklist the IP ?
The IP are blacklisted only 15 minutes ? even if the ip is blacklisted multiple time ?

What exactly is the issue you are trying to solve, can you tell us some more information?

Why are you getting blacklisted multiple times?

I don't have issues, i just need to know exactly how much time i can lose if i get blacklisted

Seems to me, if you use the correct user and password, you will not get blacklisted...

Yes but if i have a user who try to connect to the webclient with the wrong password, he can be blacklisted and if he's blacklisted then the phone will not work or it is still working ?

I know, this is a problem, however it is much easer to simply change the users password to a STRONG but easy to remember and this may solve your issues.

Yes but i have a lot of customer that are old and not confident with computer, and i know there will be some who will put a wrong password, i can't just tell them to wait if the blacklist last few hours, but if it's only 15 min it can be ok
