Unblock Failed Registration

Hi.

While testing, a particular extension/IP/MAC has been blocked for 24 hours.

[IPBL] Packet from banned IP/range: ip = 10.0.0.106; Comment: PBX: blocked for too many failed authentications

Is it possible to 'Unblock' this?

Hi,

Goto Settings >> Security >> IP Blacklist >> select the IP-Address you want to unblock, click Delete then Apply.

Thank you, did the trick.

Slightly confuse here because I'm switching the install between a Win7 and Win2012.

This did not show up in the Win2012, as don't the phones, but that's a later and separate investigation!

If you continue to have issues with a particular IP, you can "whitelist" it (or a range) in the same section.
