When voice-mail function starts then a voice says "Record your message and press pound-sign or star". It doesn't say what the effect is when pressing * or #. If I press * when I've given my message then the message is discarted without any notice is given, and if I press # then I get a prompt to press 0 to record the message.
This is not a logical behavior! If I've decided to start the voicemail function, then default should be to save the message. Not to discard it! I should not have to press 0 to save the message. If I just hangup then the message is recorded, but this is not indicated by the prompt.
