Unify Open Stage 40 and 3cx?

Hello,

do you know if a Unify Open Stage 40 can work with basic function in connection with a 3cx?

Customer wants a Open Stage 40 and a busy lamp field 40

Not seen anything about these models on the forum, does not mean there will not work - that is something you will probably need to work out. If it does everything would have to be manually configured.

Just get a yealink T46S with EXP40 expansion modules which are supported - will make your life so much easy down the line

Anything that "talks" the SIP protocol can integrate with 3CX however what you need to look out for is that the vendor has not implemented anything proprietary that will scuttle your plans.

I see this frequently with Cisco and Avaya phones, infact 3CX had to implement a special method for using Avaya phones because of this: https://www.3cx.com/blog/docs/avaya-pbx/
