Uninstall Error

Hello. I recently as in today just tried to uninstall the 3cx phone system version 5.1 to uprgade to version 6. However when ever I uninstalled it the Fax service failed to stop, so I manually disabled it and rebooted the computer. When I went back to remove the program after a reboot, it is not in the Add/Remove Programs List, and when ever I tried to use the uninstall setup it says that there are no products to remove. It will not let me install any versions of the 3cx phone system. What should i do? All the files are deleted./HELP!
