unplugged phones appear as active new ones?

i look at those phones i can see as password NEW NEW NEW NEW. And i don't have any idea in which of my 300 extension is assigned to this phone. Or am i wrong?

Exactly. You can see them provisioned again when you plug them in. Now you can only see modell and Mac Adress once removed, nothing else

NO, It's NOT handy, because it doesn't show you passwords or anything, it only shows you NEW NEW NEW NEW. If you looked at the screenshots you would have seen. It's just a stupid bug, please don't say something like I hope they don't fix it

OK, if you prefer I hope they find a way of showing currently unregistered devices in a helpful way that shows the MAC address and web ui password in order to aid remote support scenarios.

My experience is different to the above (but then I was talking about different makes or models of phone to the ones described) and I don't remember them coming up as NEW. It's possible my memory is playing tricks on me but I don't think so. However, I am no longer able to replicate the behaviour so maybe the problem has been fixed for some models?

Of course that would be a great advantage. Even better when one could choose to see online, offline phones or both. But showing unplugged provisioned phones as new isn't, it's a bug.
