Unregister user when moves out of range

We are new to the 3CX and currently in testing period with our SIP provider. We would like to primarily use the soft-phones - Android app on our existing mobile phone while in the office and connected to our office WiFi. A bit of a problem for us is that when a user moves out of the office - out of WiFi range the 3CX system still shows him as available - as"green". It takes quite a lot of time (few hours) or does not acknowledge at all that this user is not available all until next day.

Are there any possibilities that system would sooner recognise unavailable users when they move out of rage of WiFi except that they manually log out before leaving office - WiFi range?
(i.e. make short push / check every few minutes if user is present)

We are quite a lot going out of office and coming back during working hours and would be almost impossible to get a habit for everyone for every single time to log in/out.
In general we don't won't to be available when out of office - not in WiFi range (in case we do, we plan to connect via VPN on mobile phone).
It would be great for a office administrator to have a better overview who is available and who is not.
Any other ideas / best practices how to achieve this on a simpler way?

Hi Matic,

Devices that rely on PUSH stay registered for a while to cover for different scenarios of moving in and out of internet access. As soon as they deregister (manually or timeout) then PUSH stops permanently until they relaunch their Android client.

If you need to appear deregistered then you will need to use the Exit button in the app and give the PBX a few minutes to update the status of the Extension, provided that they only register on one device of course.

It wouldn't unregister the extension, but the user could set themselves as "away" or another status where you would define rules about how that affects incoming calls, queues, etc
