Unregistered system extension

We have a system extension *888 which is always unregistered. That means the mark in our dashboard is always red...
The problem is that I already changed the number for the echo test to another number which has no effect.
Our number range is 8xx so 888 is aleady used by IT our hotline. We changed the echo extensions to *777 and *778 and restarted services with no effect. The system extension *888 is still in the list and unrgistered.

And if I search *888 in the settings, nothing is found:

Any ideas how to solve this problem?

How did you change the *888 extension? Please note that as the *888 is a system extension you should not try to change it.

We were advised to do so from the vendor where we ordered the license.
The change was performed in the settings.
