Unregistered User

Have a single user in 3CX PWA Web App that constantly shows as unregistered.

Have tried recreating the extension but still the same.

Have made sure notifications are on for the site and working already as seen that is a common problem that causes this.
Have reset Edge

If I log in as another user they show as registered on same PC

Baffled why it is not working, anyone got any ideas what I could try

"Log in as another user" to Windows, or to the same Windows user+browser as a different extension?

Does it work in another browser?

Hi, So logged into Windows as the same user but logged into the web client as a different user is what I meant.
We only have Edge installed and no other browsers permitted to try that unfortunately.
