Hello,
I am trying to register SIP trunk from our SIP trunk provider. But it is still not registered even try all of the options. I don't know it is possible that unsupported SIP provider's SIP account configured well by Generic option. Could it be configured? Please, let me know your experience.

Firstly you should not put details about your SIP trunk in a public-ally accessible forum post for security purposes.

Secondly I have never known of a SIP trunk that would not connect to 3CX as long as it abides by the criteria outlined by the SIP forum: https://www.sipforum.org/technology/sipconnect/

Please advise (and confirm with your provider) that you trunk is IP authenticated or Registration based. Did they send you an email with information about the trunk and how to set it up ?

Hello @Tuvshinjargal

Please note that the template you chose is for SIP Connect 1.1 compliant providers so if you are not sure that your provider is SIP Connect complaint then i would recommend using the generic SIP provider template.
Regarding the registration please try to remove the @<IP> from the registrar and just use the number.

Hello
How to send Authentication ID and User ID fields separately.
3cx seems write those just one field. "Authentication ID (aka SIP User ID)"
I want to write these 2 fields in separate fields.
Authentication id = +97675xxxxxx
Authentication user id = [email protected]
If i can write like that format my number will register successfully.
Please help me.?

Did the provider ask you to send these 2 fields in the original Register message? You can use 3 Way authentication but the provider will need to challenge the Register so the PBX can send the 3 way authentication password back. You cannot manually add SIP fields in the Register message.

Thanks for your quick response.
As you said solution was '3 Way authentication'. I enabled 3-way authentication and write here [email protected]. It successfully registered.
Thanks again.
Now Inbound calls working normally. Outbound calls give following error on log.

08/31/2018 10:18:19 AM - [Flow] Target endpoint for 9711xxxx can not be built!

Do have idea for that.?
:)

Thanks, Outbound calls and all things working normally now,
I did some configuration on "Outbound Parameters" ->
Contact: user part -> Custom field
From user part -> Custom field
Good luck

Glad to see the issue has been resolved and thank you for updating the thread with your solution.

Good day.
I'm configuring other Providers ip number additionally on my previous 3CX. But registration failed, Server replied 401 unauthorized error. I sniffed sip packets using wireshark and decompressed Message Header. It not send E.164 number. Any other idea?
In below picture:
I've showed in red box to difference with working correctly SIP packets.
Thanks
