I have been receiving calls and attempted connection from numbers which just show as "test" and "PlayFile" with no other details. When i pick nothing happens and when I do not pick it shows a failed connection from the IP of my 3cx. I do not know what to do because I do not know the number before the "@" but i know the IP after is mine

Hi,

Any chance to get a trace so we can see exactly where they are coming from?

Best,
K.

How do i do that?

Hi @Frank TTNet

The error you provided will occur when the PBX does not receive a response from the VoIP provider for 32 seconds, causing the call to drop.

To avoid this, ensure the firewall checker has passed.

Ensure that port forwarding on your firewall is done properly. Refer to this guide on what needs to be configured on your firewall. https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/firewall-router-configuration/

Ensure the SIP trunk has been configured correctly

Also, check with the provider to see if they responded to the wrong IP or why they are not responding to the PBX.

On how to run a trace, from the Dashboard, click the capture button to run a packet capture while the issue occurs.

Hello Nikolas

What I am saying is that i do not have any trunk as test and I fo not recognize trunk

In this case, this means that the IP you see on the error is not responding to the PBX in time.
If this IP is an endpoint device, such as an IP Phone that is provisioned using STUN, then I suggest using an SBC instead.
