Seemed like one user (mine) did no longer work. Reset user, reinstall app, ... did not work. Deleted and created new user, confirm it is working again with the new user.

That's not true. We certainly need another month, we cant give exact dates but absolutely not June.

hi guys, just wanted to know whether in this update are we getting the office hours based routing of DID ? in v18 you can send calls to one cdf app during office hours and after office hours to different cdf app, but here you have option sending it one cdf throughout ? or it has to be handled differently through cdf itself ?
