Update 6 SMS: twillio

Trying to readd Twilio as SMS provider but the instructions here: https://www.3cx.com/docs/sip-trunk/twilio/ take me to a SIP setup instructions. Once following the instructions Twilio is not listed as a provider. How can I add SMS back to our system?

Hi @kseba77

You need to add Twilio via the management console. You will not see Twilio via the WebClient.
Then navigate to the SMS tab and fill in the details there.

Yes, but the issue was I was not able to find Twilio listed in management console when under SIP Trunks. I just realized it is not available when selecting US and only shows up when I select Worldwide as a country. Did not even realize that was an option before
This is probably information others might need as well. Thank you.

Glad you figured it out. Twilio has always been listed under the Worldwide section as they are in our website as well.
