Thank you 3CX team, glad to see DECT support now and other improvements, too.
Are there any plans to add more than one SIP trunk to StartUp?

HI @mgroom,

In order for the Update 7 RC2 to be available, you will have first to update the Phone System to Update 7 Alpha > Beta > RC.

Thanks for the heads up. At the moment no, but you could have multiple trunks in a few months but it will be based on users selecting which outbound trunk they will want to use, not based on outbound dialing rules. You can also auto select based on your caller ID. So lets say you will have a Uk and a US caller ID and then it can call out on the correct trunk based on the caller ID selected. Of course if you call back to a call received on one of those trunks it will automatically call back out on that trunk.

That´s interessting. Thank you.
Here is why I asked. We tried to lift some small customers to StartUp, who were on RPI before.
Each of them have multiple SIP trunks. On some installations we could build up SIP trunk pool accounts, at others this was not possible, so we migrated them to 4SC with hosted by 3CX.
It took some time to convince them as it is more expenisve now in comparision to the RPI setup (remember we´re talking about small customers).
Glad to hear that this will be possible in future, so it´s easier to take small customers with us.

Thank you for the clarification Sir. Just to get things done, what plans do support
- now and
- "in a few months"

# multiple inbound SIP trunks?
# multiple outbound SIP trunks?

We booked a StartUP PRO (not: FREE), we were expecting multiple SIP trunks (as per Full Feature List) but we realised that we are indeed limited to just one SIP trunk.

Thank you in advance.
