Hi, this is the message I got

3CX attempted to update your 3CX Debian OS at from Debian 9 to 10 and failed. This may be caused by changes made to the OS after installation. The attached log file shows where the update failed

I attached the log

If anybody can advise thanks

Hi @toptech1,

It looks as though you've tried to run the update twice, the log mentions that the "Upgrade script update.sh seems to be already running."

How long ago did you start the update?

Also do I need Debian 10 for my system to work fine?

you were right looks like it was updates now thanks.

3CX was successfully updated.

Your installation at is now running the latest version and all 3CX Services are up and running.

We recommend your installation is always on the latest version for potential security fixes, new and improved features, as well as better compatibility with SIP Trunks and IP Phones.

Hi @toptech1,

Yes, if you SSH into the machine, you'll be able to check the using the "lsb_release -a" command.

No problem @toptech1, if you require any assistance, feel free to open a new thread!
