There should be a section in the updates tab underneath available updates, that shows update history. Name installed date, etc.

Feature requests can only be submitted by higher tier partners.

Id try looking in the ideas section for this and upvoting, or ask a higher tier partner to post on your behalf.

You could turn on email notifications for when an update is available and when an update is applied, then cross-reference this.
