Update user settings for the Whole Tenant

Hi There,
Have a Client that has Dynamics 365 setup in CRM and would like to add the intigration to all user accounts in the Settings>integration tab, is this something that can be set across the whole tenant in V20 or dioes it have to be done a user by user basis ?

I'm afraid not as this a setting in the Web Client and each user has to enable it.
