Update won't install

Hello. We're running v20 with the latest update.
There is one update "UK English" prompt set which fails to install. Installed 4.0.1 to available, 4.0.4.
It's been falling for quite a while and I don't know why.

If I select the update and click 'download', I am shown an error message stating "Requested update not found".

Does anyone have any ideas please?

Interesting. We aren't on update 2 yet. In update 1, at least, 3CX installs all system prompt languages automatically even if automatic updates are disabled, so they are required. I don't see any updates in 20u1. Is "quite a while" before or after you upgraded to 20u2?

Hello. Yes, we're still seeing the issue.

Have you tried to restart the PBX services and make another attempt?

Yes. The system has had multiple restarts after each update. I first noticed it just after I upgraded to v20 a few months ago.

Hello again. Has anyone else got any ideas? Maybe I could delete the update from the system?
