I believe 3CX is still lacking in the group voicemail area.
I would like to request for a group voicemail setup that allows us to record our own custom message and also program a button on the extension that has a LED indicator when there is a new voicemail.
If someone from that group listens to that new voicemail then the LED indicator goes back to normal on everyone elses phones that has the button programmed.
Right now we have not been using the existing group voicemail system as it is terrible so we have been setting up IVR's to play the message then forward it to an extensions voicemail that has a shared email address. Not the best way of doing a group voicemail but its the beste i have at the moment.
