Solved Updating trunk config / renaming main live chat

Hi all,

When we signed up for 3CX startup we chose voxtelesys as the provider and set up the company in both. The company name has an apostrophe in it. We set up using the "automatic confgiuration" by specifying 3CX as the provider and then provisioned it in 3CX. Unfortunately, this came across with ' in the middle of the trunk configuration, which then propagated to the chat links, so the chat link points to https://3cxlink/sunnie39s..... instead of the path being just sunnies.... We've updated the company name on both the Voxtelesys side and the the 3CX side to remove the apostrophe.

Is there anyway to update the trunk configuration / chat link to remove the 39 from the chat link?

Turns out it was obvious, just changing the friendly name on the main ring group fixed it.
