Upgrade fails on SBC after upgrading 3CX to V18

After upgrading 7 of our offices to the latest V18 of 3CX, It prompted me to update my SBC to the latest version. 4/7 upgraded without issue, but the other 3 will not update. Anyone else having this issue?

FYI, phones are still working on the outdated version of the SBC, but I'd still like to get them upgraded.

On what are the SBC's running on and what OS?
Do you remember how these SBCs were deployed, such as using the 3CX ISO, manual install, windows installer, etc?

We installed using the 3CX iso
