Upgrade Firmware Tab in V10

Hello All,
Since we just upgraded to 3Cx V10. I would like to use the Upgrade Firmware version phone in 3cx.
I have downloaded and imported as per step in 3cx. It did upgrade the first Snom 870 Phone to downloaded version, But when I do it for next phone or in group (same Snom 870) it restarts the phone but does not upgrade.
Is there anything more need to be done?

My Snom Phones are on version Snom870/8.4.32
I would like to upgrade to Snom870/8.4.34

3cx System version V10.0.24018.2322 SP6

Hi,

Check if phones are autoprovisioned wit 3cx. If Yes, than the firmware that you are trying to update is the same as the existing one.
