Upgrade from 15 to 16 possible

Hi all,

I am in the progress of upgrading an ancient 3CX installation all the way from 12.x to 16.
so far I made it to 15

can I skip 15.5 and upgrade straight to 16 using a backup I made in 15.0?

Remember, you can't have too many back-ups, especially on removable devices.

Hi Ulrich,

If you are already on 15.0 I would suggest to reach 15.5SP6 and create the final backup there before going to 16. Use the guide @leejor suggested to complete this operation.

Then You can go straight to 16SP2 using the backup from 15.5SP6
