Hi there, hosted 3CX running v 18, trying to upgrade to 20 but it fails and in the log file I see
[33m====== [14:57:07] Preparation: 3CX installation takes 981M of space[39m
[33m====== [14:57:07] Preparation: Not enough disk space available. At least 5GB of free disk space is required for a smooth upgrade.[39m
[33m====== [14:57:07] Upgrade Result: *******************************************[39m
{
"result": "aborted",
"time": "21-08-2024 14:57:07",
"title": "Insufficient disk space",
"message": "There is not enough disk space available. Please make sure at least 5GB is free before upgrading."
I have an EC2 instance on Amazons AWS with multiple Cores and 128GB Storage and really not sure how to make this work - anyone have any experience of this type of error?
Thanks, again, Graham
