We are looking to upgrade from free to SMB; the question is whether SMB Small businesses with less than 10 users allow for at least 4 DIDs and 4 Ring Groups. We have multiple businesses that overlap, and want each ring group to have its own DID, that someone from the outside can call and each ring group would have its own Multi-level IVR that would final ring a group of users. Also, can the users call out with different DIDs so that the associated caller ID number is ringing out and is set with Flowroute CNAM caller ID? Lastly, 3cx used to have a promo for a free year to try out the SMB Small Business. Is this promo or any other promos currently running? If so, can you provide the promo code? Thank you.
