Upgrade from v16 to v18 not showing in GUI

Hello,

We are running on version 16.0.16 (Debian 9.13). The 3cx vm was shutdown to take a full backup, but after starting back up, the upgrade to v18 is not showing up in the GUI. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Same thing has happened on all of our systems. I scheduled this weekend with 25+ customers to do the backup and upgrade and it disappeared on us across the board. Really hoping that their just pushing the latest version of 18 to the update servers and aren't making us do it all manually. I've opened a ticket but don't expect an update until Monday.

I have the same problem.

I tried the commands below, but it didn't work:

wget -O- http://downloads-global.3cx.com/downloads/3cxpbx/public.key | sudo apt-key add -
echo "deb http://downloads-global.3cx.com/downloads/debian buster-testing main" | sudo tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/3cxpbx-testing.list
sudo apt update

sudo apt install net-tools dphys-swapfile

sudo apt -t testing install 3cxpbx
