upgrade PRO and ENT

hello Everybody,
in cliets zone I would like to upgrade, from proffesional to enterprise version but on 4 simultaneous calls its not possible, its not showing in the cart item, if I do 32 simultaneous calls its shows me the high price and can buy. how to extend 4 simultaneous calls to ENT version?
I am client waiting to certificate process and know all the instalation and setup. Havent now distributor in my country big lack of distributors.

I guess this is not an annual license otherwise you could upgrade to ENT for a 4SC.
You have no options on perpetual to upgrade to PRO only ENT but as you've seen it needs to be almost 16SC les is no more available.
So best choice is to trade your licence to annual and pay for Pro or ENT .

yes, correct, its perpetual, how to switch to annual? any help?

on your portal you can trade perpetual to annual, it could give you one year for free if it didn't change.
