We are currently on version 12 and I have installed version 15.5 and made a test call and it is working. We currently using Cisco SPA504G phones. I have 4 external sites with 8 phones all are the same. I have heard that the SPA504G will not work. Is that a true statement? Also for the 3cx Softphone is there a way to disable the reception view from users so only certain user can see who is talking to who?
