Solved Upgraded from PBX Edition to Standard but SIP Trunk Limit Reached

Good morning All,

I am running into an issue that (I think) should not be occurring.

Yesterday, I used PBX Express to deploy 3CX onto the Google Cloud Engine and shortly thereafter paid for an upgrade to the Standard Annual version with 8SC.

While trying to setup a 2nd SIP provider, I received this message:

Ideas on how to fix? Or perhaps a 'bug'?

I rebooted the server no luck; I then tried restarting services...still not allowing more than 1 trunk.

Navigate to Settings> License, click EDIT and then OK.

Then clear your browser's cache and refresh the page.

Let me know if that works for you.

BINGO! It now allows more than 1 SIP Trunk.
