upgraded to Ent but no V20 upgrade

i'm sure this has been covered, but so far can't find it.
previously i used the free 4sc version and was on V18 on prem. Have now upgraded to on Prem enterprise but not getting notification for upgrades. also if i go to my downloads it's still showing V18 update 9 (b23) only. It's windows install so not sure if there is any issue that.
