Hi
I have recently upgraded from version 12 to 15, after upgrading I noticed that the installer has created an SSL certificate for our web admin console.
This is great, but it has also added a record on 3cx.co.uk that points to our broadband IP address.

I don't wish for this to exist, would much rather it wasn't a public record. We intend to manage the system internally as previously.

How do I go about disabling this? I don't want our IP to be in the public DNS.

Thanks
Dan

Backup without the FQDN.
Remove 3cx.
Then Reinstall 3cx and select that you will be using a custom domain instead of a 3cx domain.
Then provision your own certificate.
Then release the reserved FQDN from the Customer Portal.

Hello @danlay

Please note that since you chose to use a 3CX provided FQDN a DNS entry is added automatically and updated if your public IP changes. If you need to delete the DNS entry you will need as mentioned to re-install the system using a custom FQDN which you manage.
