Upgrading 4SC to 24SC 3year, Discount not showing in checkout

I have been using the system for a long time, but since recently the maximum user policty applied i am trying to upgrade to 24sc to support by office with 120 extention, but from portal everytime i am selecting the subscription amd add to cart. the discount doest apply

Per our announcements ("These discounts apply to both the upgrade and renewal on keys purchased at least 12 months prior." - https://www.3cx.com/blog/news/summer-discounts/ ) the discount is valid when renewing or upgrading a Commercial key - as you are currently using the Free edition, your key is not eligible as it was never purchased.
