Upgrading cloud to V16

Hi,

Trying to upgrade from my V15.5 install free version in Google cloud to V16. Sadly not getting anywhere.
No option available to upgrade.

Will not accept any file, from google drive/onedrive or my webserver (backup.zip).

Tried uploading a backup to a clean V16 install. Sadly my previous FQDN (3cx.nl) is not available anymore, with the new FQDN (my3cx.nl) restore fails.

Anybody have any idea's?

your starting point , Is it a free 3CX STD key license on your own google instance?
Is your V15.5 SP6 ?
