Upgrading from Free to Professional

If we tryout the free version, is there a way to upgrade to a corporate version without the need to re-install and re-configure?

You can convert from "Free Edition" to a paid edition by clicking the "Activate License" link on the left side of the management interface.

I don't believe that there is any need to reinstall the product.
