Our current SMB setup has no back up option. as such i can find a way to delete our current cloud and restore with a new upgraded key. the SMB version on 3cx.cloud has zero way to backup so you can use it as a restore. i cant even find the instance manager. i understand you cant do an upgrade of a MCM key with a non-MCM key. But how do you complete an upgrade from the more basic SMB version to a newer version with out restarting from nothing. Also on a hard time line as our current license expires tomorrow.
