Solved Upgrading from V16 to v18 (GCloud)

When trying to upgrade from v16 to v18 some problems occur. it's a glcoud hosted instance:

Just to get a bit more information first:

1. Do you also receive an email regarding the failed upgrade?

2. Do you still have access to the 3CX Management Console? Do any errors pop-up there?

3. What happens when you attempt the upgrade, does it log you out from the Management Console and then nothing happens?

4. How was this instance deployed was it via the PBX Express, Google Marketplace, etc?

1. Yes, I receive an email about the failed upgrade.
2. Yes, access is still possible. No pop-ups or errors (only an entry in the event log:
Your 3CX Debian OS failed to update)
3. It logs me out from the management console, that's it.
4. I deployed this instance today (reinstall) via in the customer portal, this should be the pbx express it think.

Just to update, there was an unrecognized source list in one of the files in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/, that's why it was failing.
