Hello,

I am getting file not found error when trying to run cfd dialer. Can anyone enlighten me on how to access to 3cx server so I can locate /var/lib/3cxpbx/Instance1/Data/Callflows/Files/?

Thank you

You can use WinSCP to browse the directory of your Debian OS.

Hello @alanao,

You can build a dialer using the CFD, however you should know that this will take a lot of effort. The CFD will just help you starting a call, everything else needs to be created from scratch. You will not have dashboards, reporting, a UI to configure campaigns, all the logic to call numbers (working times, retries, etc.) needs to be manually developed in the CFD app.

In addition, CFD based dialers have some limitations that you should be aware of before working on such a development. You should know for example that it will stop working with 3CX services restart, and you will need to manually launch it by making a call to the app. Answering machine detection is not possible either, just to name a few.

I encourage you to take a look at SIP Caller, which has been designed to work flawlessly with 3CX, provides all these features out of the box, and you can have it up and running in 5 minutes with your 3CX server.

Kind regards.
