I am facing an issue with my 3-year subscription license. The system is unable to request a license from the 3CX server, making it seem like my license is down. I attempted to upgrade the system, but I was unable to complete the update.

then i tried to install 3CX v20 using an ISO on a USB and boot my server with the new version. However, when I attempted to restore my backup file, I encountered an error stating that I needed to change the default ports. It seems that other systems are already using the default HTTP, HTTPS, and SIP ports, so I changed them. Despite this, I still received an error stating that the process is already running on another device.

That has nothing todo with live chat.... anyway, on which version was your old server? What are your "other systems"?

my old version is V18 and now I used v20

what you mean by other system ?

You wrote "other systems", i dont know what this are. Which v18 are you on? Buildnumber?

Are you installing the Linux ISO? There shouldn’t be anything else running on it.

If you had a v18 that is old enough it can’t connect to 3CX. There’s a patch for 18 update 9 to work after next week: https://www.3cx.com/blog/news/ssl-certificate-update-2025/

“Already running” sounds like you connected to the web page twice.
