Urgent updates needed on webclient

Hello, I'm testing the webclient with Chrome in order to replace the current 3CX softphone. There a some functionnaities that are not working properly or that are missing :

-With an headset, there's no way to make the pc ring. So no way to hear the call. The softphone can do it.

-When receiving a call, a windows popup appears. But the button to answer is RED and the button to cancel the call is GREEN !



-The 3CX popup appears only when the webclient has the focus. Hopefully the windows popup appears.
-In the chat, it is lacking a button to call the person
-Too easy to close the webclient window (no alert).

Please 3CX, can you fix this ?

Thanks for your feedback, we are already considering some changes and going forward we will bring even more features to the webclient, it is our main focus now.

• We are considering making changes to select your audio source and ringer independently in a future release
• I can confirm that in 3CX 16.0.2.910 and Chrome 76.0.3809.132 it works correctly, the colors appear as you see below in the test I just ran. You will have to look at other reasons that may cause this, maybe PC theme or any Chrome extensions? Try the default windows color theme so you can be sure.

• The notification for ringing should appear when the web client is not in focus
• Yes there is not button to call in chat for the time being, this might come later
• We are considering to add a warning when closing the tab

Hello, thank a lot for the answer.
-May I suggest to prioritize the independant ringer in webclient because this is a killer criteria to NOT deploy the webclient.
-For the colors, I will update to the new version because the reset to default windows colors had no effect on the colors of the buttons.
-All other requests are also important. Today we use the windows client but most of the people don't like using it. They prefer to use Lync (chat and video) and 3CX is only used as a phone. The webclient can help in the acceptance of 3CX but it has to be first fully functional. I was about to search another softphone for 3CX, if exists.

Hello, the update to 16.0.2.910 is done. We have still red & green inverted buttons on notifications. Tested on 2 different PC.

Unfortunately I cannot replicate the issue you described on my machine. I even did a fresh installation but everything appears correctly here. I Switched to french also to make sure it is not language related but it works ok like my screenshot above.

I can suggest a test method though if you are interested.

It seems that it is a windows related problem. I did a fresh Chrome install with the very last version onto a windows 10 pc with an old release. This time the notification is competely different :

Ok I updated to the exact same version of Windows and my Chrome is 77.0.3865.90 64 Bit.

I do not have any extensions installed or any other google products / plugins

I called in and this is what I see. Looks like something else is running on your system that does not exist on my PC
