If you mean through the assistant in a "call pop" type manner, you could easily launch internet explorer through the "notify external program on incoming call" feature.

Yes you can send the ID to the browser in whatever method you wish. First you need to have the 3CX assistant installed and the use the notify external program and in the adress that you want to call for example

http://www.whitepages.com/search/ReversePhone?full_phone=44455556666 - please note

Would become

http://www.whitepages.com/search/ReversePhone?full_phone=%callid%

That will tell internet explorer to launch this link and the assistant will change the callid with the actuall callers ID.
