URL MakeCall

Hello, sorry for the English and if I'm posting in the wrong category.

I would like to perform a simple makecall process, when executing a URL, automatically make the connection between an extension and the destination number.

Today it is possible using the path https://meupabx.my3cx.com.br/16001/webclient/#/call?phone=0411111111

but it is necessary to confirm and the user is logged into chrome, would it be possible to carry out this process automatically?

In my experience, the 3CX Call Control API "MakeCall" method first calls the agent's extension which causes the agent's phone to ring. Once the agent answers the phone, then 3CX places the 2nd leg of the call to the outside party. When the outside party answers the call, then the two calls are joined.

Where things get a little fuzzy for me is whether there is a scenario where the phone will automatically go off-hook and the user hears ringing rather than on-hold music. In my experience, the user has to answer the call first, and they hear on-hold music until the outside party answers the call.

Can anyone else elaborate? By the way, we have our own REST/RPC style API for performing hundreds of 3CX commands.

but that it be accomplished through the execution of simple and automatic url.

today through the url https://meupabx.my3cx.com.br/16001/webclient/#/call?phone=0411111111 the user needs to be logged in to the webclient and confirm the dialing.
