US Flowroute CallerID Question

I have been looking around for the correct configuration for the SIP Trunk Outbound Parameters to get the CNAM Storage value I have set in Flowroute to be the CallerID display name.

Example, each user has their own DID with a name assigned inside of 3CX. However, for outbound calls, I want the CallerID to display the value I have stored in Flowroute for the DID and not the name assigned to the DID in 3CX.

I looked around and found several previous threads but nothing that conclusively pointed me in the right direction without risk of breaking their outbound calling.

Essentially what I want the call to look like is:

User A # 1(555) 555-5555 places outbound call -> Recipient of call sees "Flowroute CNAM Value" # 1(555) 555-5555

I understand that it all depends on the carrier to do a proper reverse lookup to pull the information. I just want to make sure it is setup correctly in 3CX. I already have the CNAM storage value approved by Flowroute and assigned to each of the DIDs.

From my experience, I have found that the first name introduced (if your provider allows), is the one that make it to the called party. If no name is sent, the terminating provider may do a name lookup, or assign something generic, such as the originating state or province based on areacode.
Since Flowroute allows you to assign a name to each DID, in their system, you have to ask them. if that is ignored, if you have already attached a name to the call, at the extension level.

I got the issue resolved. Changed the From: Display Name drop down to ""OutboundCallerID" Outbound caller Id taken from Extension settings in the management console". The description of the drop down option caused me some confusion as I thought it was going to pass the CallerID field and the internal name assigned to the extension. However, it just pushes the number and Flowroute fills in the rest.
