US trunk recommandation ?

I have a project with a customer from France that do helpdesk in France and USA, there is plenty of certified trunks for USA but have you any recommandation to choose for us ?

For example, I already heard about Twilio many times because they support SMS, but it's good for general trunk purpose ?
