US VOIP provider , freedigits configuration problem

Any body help me with freedigits voip configuration for 3CX?

Basically I have a US telephone number provided by freedigits. And I've run a 3cx PBX and soft phone in my computer. but I found the line cannot be registered by 3CX soft ware PBX.

here's my configuration:
Registrar/Proxy Hostname or IP :freedigits.net
Registrar/Proxy Port : 5060
Outbound Proxy Hostname or IP :freedigits.net
Outbound Proxy Port (default is 5060) :5060
STUN server Hostname or IP: (empty here)
STUN server Port (default is 3478) :3478

Is it right?
VOIP line is a US number: so I put 001 as a prefix
0016412******

anybody help me out!
or 3CX simply couldn't support it?
I live in Shanghai, China with ADSL environment

leave out the 011 you are not dialing an international number. it acts as a local us number. I have it on my system works fine.

Ok. I am getting registration errors. I have freedigits free version. How do I setup user and pass stuff? Thanks. Please help me. I have been trying for about 8 hours now.
