Solved Usage of Operator Number ( 0 )

Can I use the extension number as an operator Number ( 0 ) even though we are using the 4 digits length.

Can you please kindly how can I configure that.

Yes its possible using SIP ID.

You will need to assign the SIP ID of 0 to your extension.

I would like to call the internal extension number that will be the extension number ( 0 ).

I am not clear about the link that you mentioned.

Go to Settings > Network > FQDN and turn this on



Specify the SIP ID under your extension > Options

Under options for the user, enter 0 as SIP ID



Under Settings - Network Settings - FQDN, enable 'Allow calls from/to external SIP URLS
