I am a sound technician at our church and we have a need for a reliable way that people can call in and listen to the service to compliment our streaming audio and video we currently offer. Is there a way that this can be done with 3CX? We had used Asterix in the past, but that server is no longer operational and the service has been disconnected. In the past we had it setup to automatically put the caller on hold and then Music on Hold, which was our live service, would be patched through to the caller.
I've used 3CX at our office, but never dabbled with setting it up like this. Thanks in advance.
