first - I already appreciate any help, because I've tried everything that I can think of.
We have one main phone in the office, that all calls without an extension go to, so the main trunk number is associated with it - this works perfectly fine. The issue is, that when we make a call from the main phone, it always adds the extension number which it should not.
My question is - how can I realize it in a way, that when I call anyone using this main phone, it also uses the main number without extension?
I've already set it up in a way, where the outgoing number is set to the main trunk number, but it still adds the extension to it.
